- 1 egg white
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1.5 oz Tin City Bourbon or Rye
- Dash of bitters
Add Tin City Bourbon or Rye, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker and dry-shake. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a dash of bitters.
